Scope of This Addendum
This addendum applies when you:
- ✓List a car, motorcycle, or other vehicle for sale on BuyOrSell24
- ✓Upload vehicle registration or identification documents
- ✓Provide vehicle history or service records
Data Categories We Collect

How We Process Your Vehicle Data
1. Data Collection
Vehicle data is collected when you create a listing. VIN is entered manually or extracted from uploaded Mulkiya images.
2. Verification
We may verify VIN against manufacturer databases. Mulkiya documents are reviewed by our team for authenticity.
3. Display to Buyers
Only verified status is shown publicly. Sensitive details (owner name, full plate number) are redacted or hidden.
Who We Share This Data With
We may share your vehicle data with:
- •Potential Buyers: Limited vehicle specs and verification status only. Never personal identification data.
- •Roads and Transport Authority (RTA): When required for compliance or vehicle transfer verification.
- •Insurance Providers: Only with your explicit consent for quotation purposes.
We NEVER sell your vehicle data to car dealers, marketing companies, or data brokers.
Data Retention Periods
Active Listings
Vehicle data is retained while your listing is active on the platform.
After Vehicle Sold
Listing data is archived for 12 months after marking as sold, then anonymized for analytics.
After Deletion
All vehicle-specific data is permanently deleted within 30 days of listing deletion.
Your Rights Regarding This Data
In addition to your general privacy rights, you have the following specific rights for vehicle data:
