Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Use License
User Responsibilities
and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or other breach of security.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use our service:
- In any way that is unlawful or harms us or any other person or entity;
- To violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances;
- To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others;
- To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate;
- To submit false or misleading information;
- To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code;
- To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape.
We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service for violating any of the prohibited uses.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we, nor our directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Compliance & Law
This service complies with applicable laws and regulations.
Users are responsible for ensuring their use matches local laws.
We cooperate with law enforcement authorities when required.
Listing Quotas & 'Free Forever' Policy
Standard Free Quota: Each individual user is entitled to three (3) free listings every 30 days in designated 'General' categories ('Free Forever Tier').
Category Exclusions: The Free Forever Tier specifically excludes 'High-Value' categories, including but not limited to Motors and Real Estate. These categories require a paid listing or active subscription.
Quota Resets: Unused free listing credits do not roll over to the next month and have no cash value.
Payments & Billing
VAT Inclusive Pricing: All prices displayed on BuyOrSell24.com are inclusive of 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with the 2023 amendment to Consumer Protection Law.
Arabic Invoicing: Upon purchase, tax invoices dated and in Arabic (with English translation) will be provided as required by UAE Law.
Automotive Listing Policies
As-Is Disclaimer
"As-Is" Disclaimer: BuyOrSell24.com is a marketplace and not a party to any vehicle transaction. Vehicles are sold "As-Is." However, under Federal Law No. 24 of 2006 (Consumer Protection), sellers are liable for any misleading information regarding the vehicle's condition, history, or mileage.
RTA Inspection
Inspection Requirement: Sellers warrant that any vehicle listed has a valid RTA passing certificate (or equivalent in other Emirates) dated within 30 days of the sale, or they must explicitly disclose otherwise to the buyer.
Ownership
Ownership & Authority: You must be the registered owner of the vehicle (as stated on the Mulkiya) to list it. Listing a vehicle on behalf of another person requires a valid Power of Attorney (POA).
Age Requirements & Child Safety
Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or post listings.
Prohibition on Minors: Usage of the platform by users under 13 is strictly prohibited. We do not knowingly collect or process data from children under 13.
Guardian Consent: Users aged 13-17 may only use the platform under the direct supervision of a legal guardian who has agreed to these Terms.
Intellectual Property & Prohibited Conduct
Intellectual Property Rights:
All content on BuyOrSell24, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of BuyOrSell24 or its content suppliers and is protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws.
You agree NOT to:
- • Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without authorization
- • Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works
- • Remove copyright or proprietary notices
- • Use our trademarks or branding without written permission
UAE Cybercrime Law Compliance (Federal Law No. 5 of 2012):
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in criminal penalties under UAE law:

In compliance with UAE laws, the following items may NOT be listed on BuyOrSell24:

- • Stolen property
Restricted Items:
- • Alcohol (without license)
- • Tobacco products (restricted)
- • Prescription medications
- • Live animals (without permit)

Governing Law:
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including but not limited to:

Legal Liability Shield ("Safe Harbor")
Notice and Takedown Policy
We adhere to a strict Notice and Takedown policy. If you believe an advertisement is fraudulent, illegal, or violates intellectual property rights, please report it immediately to [email protected]. We will investigate and remove violating content within 24 hours of verified notice.
Verification Disclaimer
While we employ measures to verify user phone numbers and use age-gates, YOU (the User) are solely responsible for the accuracy of high-value category data (such as VINs, Title Deeds, or Trakheesi Permit Numbers). BuyOrSell24 does not guarantee the authenticity of user-generated content.
Indemnification
Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution:
1. Exclusive Jurisdiction: The courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms of Service or your use of BuyOrSell24.
2. Amicable Resolution: Prior to initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably through good faith negotiations for a period of 30 days.
3. Mediation: If negotiations fail, parties may agree to submit the dispute to mediation before the Dubai Courts or an agreed-upon mediation center in Dubai.
4. Language of Agreement: These Terms of Service are executed in both English and Arabic. In accordance with UAE federal law, Arabic is the official language for legal interpretation. In the event of any conflict, discrepancy, or inconsistency between the English and Arabic versions of these Terms, the Arabic version shall prevail and be used for all legal and judicial purposes.
UAE Consumer Protection Rights:
In accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020), you have the following rights:

Limitation of Liability (UAE Law Compliance):
Platform Role: BuyOrSell24 operates as a marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not a party to transactions between users.
Liability Limits: To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, BuyOrSell24's liability for any claims shall be limited to the fees paid by you for premium services in the 12 months preceding the claim, or AED 1,000, whichever is lower.
Exclusions: We are not liable for: indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; loss of profits, data, or goodwill; or any damages resulting from transactions between users.
No Waiver of Consumer Rights: Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under UAE Consumer Protection Law or other applicable UAE laws. Where UAE law provides greater consumer protections, those protections apply.
Regulatory Authorities:
BuyOrSell24 is subject to oversight by UAE regulatory authorities including the UAE Data Office, Dubai Economy Department, and Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA). You may file complaints with these authorities regarding our services.
Data Hosting & Residency
To provide high-performance search and secure verification services, BuyOrSell24.com processes and stores all website data, including contact information, on secure infrastructure located in the European Union (EU). The EU is recognized as an adequate jurisdiction under UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). By using our services, you explicitly consent to this cross-border data transfer.
Third-Party Authentication (Social Login)
BuyOrSell24 offers social login options (Facebook Login and Google Login) as convenient authentication methods. By using social login, you agree to the following:
What We Access from Your Social Account:

- •Email Address: For account creation and communication
Your Consent:
- 1. You authorize BuyOrSell24 to access the information mentioned above from your social account (Facebook or Google).
- 2. You acknowledge that your use of social login is also governed by the respective provider's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (Facebook or Google).
- 3. We use this information solely for account creation, authentication, and improving your experience on our platform.
- 4. You can revoke BuyOrSell24's access to your social account at any time through your provider's account settings (Facebook App Settings or Google Account Permissions).
