BuyOrSell24 provides listings and messaging as a classifieds platform. We do not broker payments or deliveries and are not a party to transactions between users.

BuyOrSell24 is currently in beta and not yet a registered entity in the UAE. Features and policies may change. By using this site, you acknowledge this status.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using our classifieds platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Use License
User Responsibilities
Ensuring all information provided is accurate and up-to-date.
Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our platform.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use our service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts. In particular, you must not post, sell, buy, or distribute items that are prohibited under UAE law, including:
- Illegal drugs, narcotics, or controlled substances
- Firearms, weapons, ammunition, explosives, or related parts
- Counterfeit goods, stolen property, or items infringing intellectual property
- Gambling services, indecent or pornographic material, or content violating public morality
- Medical products, prescription medicines, or regulated items without proper authorization
- Any content that incites hatred, discrimination, or violates national security or public order
- Other items prohibited by UAE laws, regulations, or regulator guidance
We may remove any listing that appears to violate UAE law, regulator guidance, or our marketplace rules.
Liability
We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.
Modifications
We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time without notice.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
Termination
We may terminate your access for violations of these terms.
Compliance & Notices (UAE)
We aim to operate our marketplace in accordance with UAE laws and applicable regulator guidance. We cooperate with lawful requests from UAE authorities and may suspend or remove content that violates legal requirements or our policies.
If you believe a listing breaches UAE law or public policy, please contact us with details. We will review and take appropriate action, which may include removal and account measures.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their listings, transactions, and communications comply with all applicable UAE laws, including but not limited to consumer protection, e-commerce, intellectual property, and public decency regulations.
Age, Fees & Refunds
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or post listings.
Any paid promotional features or fees, if offered, will be disclosed at checkout.
Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once a service has been delivered.
