We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
This service complies with applicable laws and regulations.
Users are responsible for ensuring their use matches local laws.
We cooperate with law enforcement authorities when required.
Standard Free Quota: Each individual user is entitled to three (3) free listings every 30 days in designated 'General' categories ('Free Forever Tier').
Category Exclusions: The Free Forever Tier specifically excludes 'High-Value' categories, including but not limited to Motors and Real Estate. These categories require a paid listing or active subscription.
Quota Resets: Unused free listing credits do not roll over to the next month and have no cash value.
VAT Inclusive Pricing: All prices displayed on BuyOrSell24.com are inclusive of 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with the 2023 amendment to Consumer Protection Law.
Arabic Invoicing: Upon purchase, tax invoices dated and in Arabic (with English translation) will be provided as required by UAE Law.
"As-Is" Disclaimer: BuyOrSell24.com is a marketplace and not a party to any vehicle transaction. Vehicles are sold "As-Is." However, under Federal Law No. 24 of 2006 (Consumer Protection), sellers are liable for any misleading information regarding the vehicle's condition, history, or mileage.
Inspection Requirement: Sellers warrant that any vehicle listed has a valid RTA passing certificate (or equivalent in other Emirates) dated within 30 days of the sale, or they must explicitly disclose otherwise to the buyer.
Ownership & Authority: You must be the registered owner of the vehicle (as stated on the Mulkiya) to list it. Listing a vehicle on behalf of another person requires a valid Power of Attorney (POA).

No Warranty of Accuracy: BuyOrSell24 does not warrant the grammatical correctness, cultural nuance, or technical accuracy of AI-translated or AI-generated text/analysis. Translations and suggestions are provided for convenience only.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including but not limited to:
We adhere to a strict Notice and Takedown policy. If you believe an advertisement is fraudulent, illegal, or violates intellectual property rights, please report it immediately to [email protected]. We will investigate and remove violating content within 24 hours of verified notice.
While we employ measures to verify user phone numbers and use age-gates, YOU (the User) are solely responsible for the accuracy of high-value category data (such as VINs, Title Deeds, or Trakheesi Permit Numbers). BuyOrSell24 does not guarantee the authenticity of user-generated content.
1. Exclusive Jurisdiction: The courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms of Service or your use of BuyOrSell24.
2. Amicable Resolution: Prior to initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably through good faith negotiations for a period of 30 days.

4. Language of Agreement: These Terms of Service are executed in both English and Arabic. In accordance with UAE federal law, Arabic is the official language for legal interpretation. In the event of any conflict, discrepancy, or inconsistency between the English and Arabic versions of these Terms, the Arabic version shall prevail and be used for all legal and judicial purposes.

Platform Role: BuyOrSell24 operates as a marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not a party to transactions between users.
Liability Limits: To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, BuyOrSell24's liability for any claims shall be limited to the fees paid by you for premium services in the 12 months preceding the claim, or AED 1,000, whichever is lower.
Exclusions: We are not liable for: indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; loss of profits, data, or goodwill; or any damages resulting from transactions between users.
No Waiver of Consumer Rights: Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under UAE Consumer Protection Law or other applicable UAE laws. Where UAE law provides greater consumer protections, those protections apply.

To provide high-performance search and secure verification services, BuyOrSell24.com processes and stores all website data, including contact information, on secure infrastructure located in the European Union (EU). The EU is recognized as an adequate jurisdiction under UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
