Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings at /profile/billing.

  • Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle after cancellation.
  • Any unused credits (premium, boost, featured) will expire at the end of the billing period.
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

2. Subscription Refunds

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, provided:

  • You have not used more than 20% of your plan's AI feature limits.
  • You have not created more than 3 listings under the subscription.
  • The refund request is made within 7 calendar days of the original payment.

Refund requests after the 7-day window or for renewals are not eligible for a refund.

3. Listing Upgrades (Boost, Premium, Featured)

Listing upgrades (Boost, Premium, Featured) are non-refundable once activated. The upgrade is applied to your listing immediately upon payment and cannot be reversed.

If your listing is removed due to a violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued for any active listing upgrades.

4. Credit Packs

Credit packs (e.g., 3x Boost Pack, 3x Premium Listings) are non-refundable once purchased. Credits are added to your account immediately and do not expire as long as you have an active subscription.

If you cancel your subscription, unused credits will expire at the end of the billing period.

5. Add-on Services

One-time add-on services (Highlight, Urgent Tag, Instant Refresh, Video Upload) are non-refundable once activated.

Professional Photography services may be refunded if the service has not yet been scheduled. Contact support within 24 hours of purchase to request a refund for photography services.

6. Identity Verification

The Identity Verification fee is non-refundable once your verification documents have been submitted for review. If you have not yet submitted documents, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team:

  • Subject line: “Refund Request - [Your Order Number]”
  • Include your account email and reason for the refund request.

Refund requests are processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

8. No Refund on Illegal Listings

If a listing is removed or an account is suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service (including but not limited to posting prohibited items, forged documents, or misleading information), no refund will be issued for any paid advertising or subscription fees. Forfeiture of fees serves as a penalty for breach of contract.

9. Your UAE Consumer Rights

This refund policy does not affect your rights under UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020). You have the right to:

  • Receive services as described.
  • File complaints with the UAE Ministry of Economy.
  • Seek remedies through Dubai Courts if necessary.
